Yogis and yoginis,
I am sharing four more in person sessions at the Wisdom centre this year, there are spaces available and you can drop in and pay in person on the evening. The cost of each class is €15. The room at the Wisdom centre is cozy and beautiful as always and the atmosphere is one of healing, especially as the centre doesn't operate as a business but as a place for community and wellbeing. The sessions have developed into intuitive, slow and nourishing work within the dark cocoon of the round room. It would be great to see you there. Dates are as follows:

My last Yoga class as part of IMMA Summers will take place tomorrow at 6pm, either in the formal gardens or in the pavilion, depending on the weather. Teaching these classes has been a joy for me, the beauty of the IMMA gardens and the sense of community in the groups have been truly uplifting! Coming together to share healing and presence seems more important than ever. Thank you to all who turned up to the classes and a big thank you to IMMA for running the classes again this year. I hope to see you tomorrow for the last class of 2025.
