Children are invited to play and learn with a style that addresses their natural interests, needs and rhythms, at a pace that is age-appropriate.Our children engage in active, inspiring activities and are guided slowly to a place of quiet and relaxation.

Hi everyone we had a great partner yoga class with our after-school children today in Belgrove.Two the children even have their dolls be participate.Just a reminder that there will be no yoga next week because the school is closed for midterm. Hope you all have a great Valentines

Hi everyone I hope you all had a wonderful summer and are ready to head into the new school term. Our afterschool yoga classes start back on Wednesday 11th in Belgrove boys school at 2.30 to 3.30. Cost for an eight week term is €75. I can collect from the boys and girls schools and also the Gaa.let me know if you would like a place this year and collection arrangements

Hello everyone it’s back to school time after the holidays and our yoga classes are starting up Wednesday 12th September 2.30pm to 3.30pm in Belgrove Boys Hall. Same cost €75 for 8weeks.

Hi everyone I hope you all had a great summer and are ready to start back to a new school term. Our after school yoga classes start back on Wednesday 13th in Belgrove Boys School 2.30pm to 3.30pm. Collection from the boys and girls schools and the GAA. Introducing a new after school class in St Fintans NS on Monday 11th 2.30pm to 3.30pm.Numbers for both classes are limited so book early. collection available from local preschools and crèches

We are starting back with our after school yoga classes in Belgrove boys school Clontarf on Wednesdays 2.30pm to 3.30 pm and St FIntans NS on Tuesday's 2.30pm to 3.30 pm.
There are a few places left for both classes so feel free to contact me for more details.

Its that time of year for our for our fun activity summer camp.
Dates this year are Week 1 - 18th to 22nd July and Week 2- 25th to 29th July. Location is Belgrove Junior Boys School and times are 9.30am to 1.00pm. For full details and to reserve any places just send me a message or email info@theyogadancefactory.ie. Places are as always limited as it is a small intimate camp so make sure to book early.
