Mission Wellness Restore, Rebalance, Revive Hi I'm Barbara O'Keeffe. I'm a member of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI).

I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist, graduating with Distinction in 2017 from the Institute of Health Sciences, after 4 years of training. Having completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) from UCD in 2000, I spent thirteen years in human resources and industrial relations in the banking sector until leaving to raise my family and focus on Nutritional Therapy. My mission is to support you to make gradual, positive changes in your life to feel WELL. As a busy mother of three I know how hard it can be to take the time to look after yourself.
