Super excited to announce my collaboration with for a special Seasonal Workshop on Saturday, 14th September at SaMia Yoga Studio, Howth.

This will be the first in our five-part seasonal series, beginning with the late summer season. We will be looking at the Spleen, Pancreas and Stomach organ systems from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective and the importance of nourishing these organs with lifestyle, dietary and exercise recommendations.

There are two sessions to choose from:
•⁠ ⁠Morning: 10.00 – 12.30
•⁠ ⁠Afternoon: 14.00 – 16.30

The workshop (€55) will begin with an introduction to TCM, followed by a grounding Hatha yoga and meditation practice. We’ll then move into a yin yoga session with acupuncture to support deep relaxation and repair. Then close with some seasonal food to nourish and restore.
