Gratitude is the Divine Multiplier
My first Kinesiology Tutor shared this quote with me about ten years ago, and it struck such a deep chord that I chose to include it in the Holistic Health Cards.
In those ten years, there has been a lot of learning — and just as much un-learning and re-learning. Through all of it, this simple truth has quietly echoed in the background of my life.
On the good days, gratitude comes easily — when life feels light and everything seems to fall into place.
This quote has been just as powerful on the not-so-good days — the ones filled with doubt, fear, exhaustion, or uncertainty about how things would ever work out.
A wise woman once said to me:
“It will all work out in the end. If it hasn’t worked out, it’s not the end.”
Life will always bring challenges. What I’ve learned is that having faith in your own ability to meet those challenges — and trusting the process, even when it feels uncomfortable — brings a deep sense of peace and contentment.
I feel so fortunate to have created a space in my world where I am supported and surrounded by love, and by valued and trusted friends and colleagues who uplift and inspire me. Their presence is a daily reminder of how gratitude multiplies — how the more we appreciate what we already have, the more life offers us to be thankful for.
So, no matter what kind of day you’re having…
keep looking for the things you can be grateful for — no matter how small. 🌸
Those tiny moments of appreciation are powerful. They shift energy, lift spirits, and open doors in ways we can’t always see at first.
💫Gratitude truly is the Divine Multiplier. 💫
💛 What are you grateful for today?
Gratitude has a way of bringing us home — back to ourselves, back to balance, and back to the present moment. It softens the edges of life’s challenges and reminds us of the goodness that’s always there, even in times of change or uncertainty.
If this message resonates with you, take a quiet moment to pause and reflect on what you’re grateful for — no matter how small 💜
