New baby courses start this week… and the baby who inspired it all turned 15 yesterday 💛

Yesterday my first baby, Clodagh, turned 15.

And honestly… I’m not quite sure how that happened.

Becoming pregnant with Clodagh sparked so much of the work I do today.

It opened up a huge curiosity around women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, birth, postnatal recovery, baby massage and supporting women through every season of motherhood.

So much of MyWellbeing began there.

And now somehow she’s this beautiful young woman and I’m left wondering where the years have gone.

Time feels wild.

And very precious.

A little reminder to slow down and really savour the season you’re in 🤍

And fittingly… our new baby courses begin this week.

✨ Active Birth Workshops

For expectant mums wanting to feel calmer, stronger and more prepared for birth.

We’ll explore:
• movement for labour
• creating space in the pelvis
• coping tools for birth
• practical ways to feel more prepared

So ready for summer, I can feel it in my bones ☀️🌸🐎🌊

Happy Bealtaine, a celebration of fire, fertility, abundance, and life bursting into bloom. And honestly… I am so ready for it.

Longer evenings.
Brighter mornings.
Salt on my skin.
Sea swims.
Strawberries.
Flowers everywhere.
Bare feet.
Horsey time with Meadow.
More energy.
More colour.
More time outdoors.
More magic moments with my family.

Tonight, I’ll be celebrating with some of you at our cacao workshop ✨

Just a quick note to say there will be no classes this week.

My lovely mother-in-law, Bernie, passed away peacefully on Saturday. We’ll be celebrating her life over the next couple of days, so I’ll be taking some time to be with family.

I literally pulled over at a beautiful roundabout today.
Blue skies.�Post-Hyrox sweat.�And a circle of bright yellow daffodils just… looking gorgeous!!
I had to get out of the car.
There’s something about this time of year.�The light shifting.�The body waking up.�Energy returning quietly.
