I’m preparing for longer evenings and shorter days — embracing fluffy socks, Ugg boots, blankets, cacao, and all things warm and cozy. ✨

Zen in 10 was my September challenge — and together we moved, we breathed, we found a little magic. ✨

We’re in the final week of Zen in 10 🌿 — just 7 days left of showing up together for movement, mindfulness + magic.

🌗 Yesterday (21st) was Equinox Ritual.
🌗 Today (22nd) is the True Equinox — when day + night balance perfectly.
🌗 Tomorrow → Heart-Opening Flow 💖

This season calls us to pause, reset + ask:
🍁 What am I ready to release?
🍁 What rhythm will nourish me this autumn?
🍁 How do I want to finish this year?

👶 11:45am – Mom & Baby Yoga
Gentle, nurturing yoga for postnatal recovery – suitable from 6 weeks postpartum up to crawling.

🧘 1:05pm – Yoga for All
A 45-min midday reset. Stretch, breathe, unwind. The perfect pick-me-up to restore calm + clarity.

🤰 6:45pm – Pregnancy Yogalates
A nourishing blend of yoga + Pilates to build strength and stability in pregnancy.

✨ 8:00pm – Yogalates
The best bits of yoga + Pilates for strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and a little midweek magic.
