This setup didn’t change overnight.

It’s the result of small improvements made over time — learning what works, adjusting the space, and building a system that supports how we grow.

Our main goal has stayed the same since day one:
✔️ To grow sustainably, make the most of natural light, focus on quality, and supply Ireland with high-quality microgreens.

Same approach, better layout, and a space that simply works better for the plants and for us.

Today, we completed an expansion plan that started back in January.

What began as a vision is now a reality 💚

We’ve increased our growing capacity from 1 to 4 growing levels, allowing us to grow more organic microgreens while staying true to the quality and care we believe in.

As far as we know, this makes us one of the largest organic microgreens farms in Ireland — and possibly Europe 🌍🌱

This new greenhouse means:
✔️ A better, more reliable service for our customers
✔️ The ability to reach new kitchens and homes
✔️ Improved growing and working conditions
✔️ A tidier, cleaner, and safer space for our team and plants

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and grateful for everyone who supports what we do.

🌱 Rocket microgreens – tiny heart-shaped leaves that pack a big nutrient punch!

💚 Why we love them:
Versatile: perfect for salads, sandwiches, soups… or why not? rocket microgreens pesto!

Ingredients:
1 cup rocket microgreens
1/4 cup nuts (pine nuts)
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup olive oil (adjust for desired consistency)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Serve over pasta, toast, or as a dip – your greens are ready to shine!

💡 Tip: Sprinkle a few whole rocket microgreens on top for an extra fresh touch!

Naturally rich in vitamins like C and antioxidants, they’re harvested young when flavour and freshness are at their best.
Chefs love them for adding a fresh kick to eggs, salads, fish, sandwiches, and hearty dishes that need a little contrast.

🌱🥦 Broccoli microgreens are my favourite microgreens — I love their mild flavour and how versatile they are in everyday meals.

And the best part? My little man loves them too 🥰

Today, after reading more about their benefits, I couldn’t be happier that these little greens are part of our lives 💚

So, how Broccoli Fights Cavities?

Biofilm Disruption: Compounds like DIM (Diindolylmethane) from broccoli destroy the sticky bacterial films (biofilms) that lead to plaque and decay.

Antimicrobial Action: Sulforaphane, another broccoli compound, has antimicrobial properties that target S. mutans, a primary cavity-causing bacteria.

Enamel Remineralization: Broccoli extract has shown effectiveness in helping to repair and strengthen tooth enamel.

Natural Scrubbing & Saliva: Chewing raw broccoli physically scrapes plaque off teeth and boosts saliva, which washes away food and acids.

Rich in Minerals: Broccoli provides calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium, vital for strong teeth and bones. 

They don’t replace brushing, but they’re definetly a great add-on 🦷
