There is a lot of noise right now about (ultra processed foods) and how bad they are.
And yes — it’s important to be informed, I have made manu changes myself based on this information.
But I keep thinking🤔… what if we focused more on the solution instead of constantly highlighting the problem?
What if we dedicated the same time and energy to promoting healthy, practical alternatives?
For me, that starts with something very simple: helping people add more fresh, real food to their everyday lives — and showing that it doesn’t have to be complicated.
That’s exactly why I work with microgreens and growing kits.
Because small actions, done consistently, can make a real difference — for families, for schools and for communities.
Instead of only telling people what to avoid, I’d love to see us inspire more people with what they can add.
🌱 More fresh food
🌱 More education
🌱 More positive, accessible solutions
Sometimes the biggest change starts with the smallest tray on a kitchen windowsill.
