Flourish Holistic Centre We offer a variety of services for your wellbeing, including Counselling & Psychotherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Mindfulness, Art and Heal Your Life Classes.

Flourish Holistic Centre, established by practicing therapist Gráinne Stone, is a multidisciplinary wellness centre focusing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our humanness. Gráinne and the team at Flourish offer a range of diverse therapies. We offer counselling and psychotherapy to help deal with the stresses of life. We also offer alternative holistic treatments: foot and hand reflexology, holistic massage, reiki, mindfulness and healing art, as well as individual or group-based Heal Your Life (Louise Hay) workshops. We believe in the body's own healing power and that using these therapies as a standalone or combined treatment is extremely beneficial to our health and wellbeing.
