✨ At The Fern Dean, we were proud to celebrate International Nurses Day with a special gift ceremony dedicated to our incredible nursing team. 💛

The day was filled with refreshments, treats, and thoughtful gifts as we came together to recognise the compassion, professionalism, and dedication our nurses bring to our residents and wider community every single day.

Each gift bag also included a personal message of appreciation:

We’re proud to introduce enhanced maternity and adoptive leave benefits for our Clinical, Catering and Housekeeping teams.🎉

Eligible permanent team members with 3+ years’ service can now receive:
• Up to 75% of gross salary during leave
• 26 weeks fully covered
• Inclusive adoptive leave support, including same s*x couples
