My passion is to help you find ease in your body, in the most complete way. Chronic pain and postural misalignments can be worked on and find a new way to stand, walk and move. As an Advanced Rolfer® – Structural Integrator, I free up connective tissue in your body, through manual therapy. I was always very interested in how our sense of safety plays a role in our overall tension. In my twenties, I started to realise that my stomach would feel knotted when I was stressed. It also affected my lower back. When being upset, I would become cold. When entering a new space, sometimes I would feel very uncomfortable, and my shoulders would compress me. They were all cues of my body to communicate with me.

I already did my Advanced Rolfing Training in 2022, but when I saw that Pedro Prado and France Hatt-Arnold were teaching the advance training of 2025, I joined again. It has been a really deep experience of knowing myself, listening to my body's signals and regulating my nervous system in order to be able to read clients' nervous system. It has been a journey of deepening into the subtle signs that we transmit, and honoring them while working in the fascial system.

Just one week passed since I finished it, and I start to see in my sessions the extend of these profound teachings, that permeate me beyond my conscious mind.

"Right now, as you read this book your body is breathing you...". This is a beautiful sentence I found in "The Breathing Book: good health and vitality through essential breath work" by Donna Farhi.
It reminded me of a phase in my breathing cycle that I enjoy so much: the lapse between exhalation and inhalation, where I have a feeling of complete trust towards my body. It will breathe in at one moment, without my conciousness nor my control. And like this, my body breathes me through life.

Of course now I am older, and my body feels different, but there is a main difference in the relationship with my body from how I used to see it before Rolfing: I don't see it as a faulty mechanical tool anymore. It is a companion and a support.

Bodies accommodate habits and feelings. For example, I am a very shy person, and this shyness shows itself in my difficulty to look at unkown people in the eyes. As a result, my body acquired a comfortable position for my head to help with this. Let's say that I became very good at finding coins on the floor.

Through the Rolfing® process, I not only found that my body was more mobile, but it also felt more stable; I felt more "secure" in my body. It was quite easy to look at the horizon, but I also became aware of the internal fight between the habit of looking down and the found enjoyment of looking out .

I realized that looking down was a way to feel secure because somehow I would become "unseen". Maybe now I don't want to remain "unseen". This friction is still present, but I find it much easier to look at people in the eyes as the sensation of landing of my feet increases and I sense myself secure.
