Walkways is an innovative project focused on improving the employability of people with an intellectual disability providing person centred training, guidance & support. PEER - 'Providing Equal Employment Routes' is aimed at supporting young people in education to take their first steps into part-time paid employment.
2. REAL - 'Reaching Employment Ambitions in Life' is aimed at adults who wish to experience paid employment.
3. Social Enterprise/Firm - aims to establish enterprises that fulfil a social need within our communities, while creating employment opportunities. EMPLOYERS
