Fittonlineconditioning.com is a unique online strength and conditioning and online personal training service. Fitt Online Conditioning was founded in 2013 by Paul Hennessy. Paul has a EQF level 4 qualification in exercise, health studies and personal training and a FETEC level 5 nutrition qualification. With over 10 years experience in sports coaching and the fitness industry, Paul created Fitt Online Conditioning as a means of giving his clients/ sports clubs the tools they need online and the motivation to achieve their fitness goals and then maintain them. The aim of are online strength and conditioning service’s and sports nutrition plans is to help sports enthusiasts, athletes and sports teams improve their performance. Our online strength and conditioning programs will focus on ten physical fitness components – Cardio respiratory Fitness, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Speed, Agility, Balance, Power, Reaction Time and Co-ordination. We also have an online personal training service to help clients who are looking to transform their body by losing weight,gaining muscle or just burning off that last bit of stubborn fat from their abs, hips or thighs. Our Body Transformation programs and nutrition plans are suitable for all fitness levels with separate beginners, intermediate and advanced programs. We have five services in total which we specialize in. They are Athlete Performance, Team Training, Strength Training, Stretching and Flexibility and Body transformation. All are programs can be adapted and performed at home or work if access to a gym is unavailable. All programs are designed specifically for each individual/ sports team, we don’t have generic programs that we assign to clients who fall under a certain age or weight category. Every individual/ sports team receives an online health and fitness assessment/ consultation and a customized program is designed using the FITT Principal. We will take into consideration your training age, goals and your other commitments. Intensity: This will be how intense your sessions will be. This depends on your training age, goals and if you’re an athlete, the intensity of sessions will be different during the pre season, during season and off season. Time: The length of the session depends on your goals and how much time you have available to train. Type: This is the type of training and the equipment that will be needed for your session and again will depend on your ultimate goal. So no matter how fit or unfit you are, no matter whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainer, no matter how little or how much time you have, we can design a program to help you achieve your fitness goals!
