📰The effectiveness, safety, and cost-effectiveness of pharmacist prescribing: An evidence review

The Health Research Board (HRB) recently conducted an evidence review which shows pharmacist prescribing is effective, safe, and cost-effective. The review will inform future decisions in this area in Ireland. In this article, Dr Áine Teahan and Dr Melissa Sharp, researchers at the HRB Evidence Centre, explain how they reached this conclusion.
