Supported Yoga: Challenge with ease. In this fun class we use props to bring accessibility and ease to a challenging flow in a vinyasa style.

I cherish each moment we spent with you, mum and dad, and we are looking forward to spending many more moments in the future together. It’s been a fabulous week!
This was in the village of Kildavin, Co. Carlow Conways Kildavin restaurant. A perfect location if you want to dine out and stay safe during Covid. Fully traditional Irish food 😋. Lovely service, great food, spacious and safe outdoors.💕

Yesterday we put both sides of the family together and Stuart’s dad also joined us for lunch at . Beautiful location with great views, lovely food and great service. We all had traditional fish and chips (haddock)😋, except Stuart that had curry. My little ones preferred to have home made chicken goujons and chips. Nice time together!! My father in Law has been learning Spanish since he knew he was going to be the grandfather of my children so it is so much fun listening to them trying to have a conversation with each other 🤪😂
Every time my parents and my children meet my dad takes upon himself teaching Spanish to Lola that struggles the most. Here she is saying…”jope macho” Spanish slang ! 😅 equivalent to 🧐🤨🤷‍♀️
•”cammon”, “my goodness”, oh no mate” … difficult one actually 😂

Enjoying my month break with my parents that came for a visit. This is Altamont Gardens in Co. Carlow. A beautiful spot to enjoy a nice walk at my doorstep!
