We are excited to be expanding our team here at Roches. We are currently hiring for a breast care fitter, part-time.
This role involves working one-to-one with women post-breast surgery, helping them feel comfortable, confident, and supported through expert fitting of breast prostheses, post-surgery bras, and mastectomy swimwear.
You don’t need previous breast care experience, we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your empathy, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional client care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Delivering sensitive, private breast care consultations
-Measuring and fitting prostheses and post-surgery garments
-Advising clients on products that suit their needs and lifestyle
-Maintaining accurate client records and supporting clinic operations
-Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement
-Acting as a brand ambassador for Roches
About You:
-Background in retail, sales, or customer service (2+ years)
-Warm, empathetic, and confident communicator
-Comfortable using modern IT systems
-Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
-Personal or professional experience in breast care is a bonus
