This week’s theme is:

Together we will explore how music can support our meditation and help us experience a deeper sense of inner peace, balance and mental silence.
It’s a gentle and enjoyable way to relax, unwind and reconnect with yourself.

This is part of our ongoing 10-week Sahaja Yoga course, and you are very welcome to join at any time — no previous experience is needed.
