As an integral part of the team; the Digital Sales Director is a progressive coach and creative thinker who can conceptualize, execute, and close revenue producing ideas. The properties include, but are not limited to, the station websites, apps, social media, video streaming, partner initiatives and marketing services.
This sales position works in conjunction with the company founders on business development for the overall operation.
Major responsibilities and efforts include but are not limited to:
* Drive digital revenue growth for the company. Create new digital business from outside the traditional media space.
* Oversight of all digital sales products, inventory management and pricing strategies.
* Ability to forecast revenue, develop and sustain a business plan to exceed the digital sales budget.
* Produce revenue and expense reporting.
* Ability to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager
* Understand the digital marketplace and consistently look for new revenue monetization opportunities for the station
* Create and build compelling email marketing funnels.
Desired Skill and Experience:

* 2 years or more experience in sales, promotions, or marketing preferred. Digital advertising experience preferred.
* Sales management experience preferred.
* Ability to translate challenges into opportunities.
* Presentation experience, excellent written and verbal communications essential.
* Creative thinking essential.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, manages time wisely, and prioritize projects and people.
* Understanding of pricing and inventory management principles.
* Ability to prospect, meet with, and close business with new advertising clients.
* Strong computer skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, social media, etc.
* Basic understanding of ad tags, analytics and campaign tools.
* Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or similar field required, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience preferred.
* Current knowledge of digital ad technology, online ad serving, 3rd party research skills such as Google Analytics
* Fluency in English; with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A background in sport would be extremely adventageous.

We are a start up performance nutrition company, we work with athletes aiming to maximise their performance via dietary interventions. We work with clients on a 1-1 online coaching basis and via online courses and memberships.
This position is based remotely. The hours are at your discretion with a minimum commitment of 20 hrs per month. The ROP is uncapped commission on all digital sales revenue.
