'If you ignore your inner purpose,

no matter what you do, even if it seems spiritual, the ego will infiltrate how you do it, and then the means will corrupt the end. The common saying 'The road to hell is paved with good intentions' points to this truth. In other words, it is not your goals or your actions that are primary, but the state of consciousness from which they come. Fulfilling its main purpose is to lay the foundation for a new reality, a new earth. Once that foundation is there, your outer purpose is charged with spiritual power because your goals and intentions will be one with the evolutionary momentum of the universe. '

Excerpt from: Eckhart.Tolle 'A New Earth '.

THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT YOU DO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO UNCONSCIOUSNESS IN THE WORLD.

First of all, when you watch the news, don't think that the news gives you a clear reflection of where humanity is at the moment. Because it emphasizes and focuses on almost where everything goes wrong. It is important that you approach this thing in a state of conscious presence.

Do not be drawn into unconsciousness and do not participate in the polarization because then you become part of the problem. As the saying goes, 'Don't be part of the problem. Be part of the solution!' The solution really is your state of consciousness that makes a difference in each interaction not only on a personal level.

Now most humans these days also interact on social media or the internet. Be very careful what kind of messages you put out there! Make sure that any post you make comes out of your presence and not some egoic reaction so as not to contribute to the collective unconsciousness. Your state of consciousness not only affects the people you come in contact with directly or indirectly, it also affects the people you are not in contact with.

On a deeper level, all humans are interconnected. If a person is present, it even affects people you don't know because there is a human consciousness that every human being is a part of. Your main responsibility is to stay conscious and you do not contribute to unconsciousness.

- Eckhart Tolle.

Can Ireland start a nationwide round of applause every evening at 5pm for all the people on the frontline who are working such long hours? Stand outside! Clap, ring bells, bang drums!! Make as much noise as possible for 5 minutes!!

This is for the people working 7 days a week, Healthcare and Care workers, Government, Shops, Pharmacies, Deliveries, Food providers. We appreciate you so much!!

Following other countries who are doing the same. Let's show our support and solidarity! 🙏💟

And then you see that it’s your expectations of your own mind that are creating your hell. “I expected you to be…” When you get frustrated because something isn’t the way you thought, examine your thinking, not just the thing that frustrates you. And you will see that a lot of your suffering is created by your models about how the Universe ought to be.

When emotion overtakes you, the best thing to do is simply let it pass. Be mindful of your thought process without judging it or the universe in general.

The research findings show that the advice to “take a deep breath” may not just be a cliché. Exercises involving volitional breathing appear to alter the connectivity between parts of the brain and allow access to internal sites that normally are inaccessible to us.

During times of stress, or when heightened concentration is needed, focusing on one’s breathing or doing breathing exercises can indeed change the brain.
