Your Personal Trainer - Aidan Carroll

My name is Aidan Carroll and I am the director and head coach with Focus Fitness Personal Training and Self Defence Systems. Our company which is based in Dublin launched back in 2002 with a client base of 12 and we are proud to say that we have expanded rapidly and we are continuing to grow. We believe it is important for our company to keep up to date with the ever changing world of Health and Fitness / Self Defence & Martial Arts. I continue to attend health and fitness seminars and workshops nationwide and in Europe so that I can introduce and offer any new trends in the health and fitness industry to my clients. Aidan Carroll has been involved in martial arts for over 20 years. He has studied many arts including Shotokan, Ju-jitsu,and holds a 2nd degree black belt in kick boxing. Aidan is one of only 4 Irish men in the world to hold the instructors diploma in Krav Maga. Aidan studied at DCU and holds a level 2 NCEF diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and Personal training awarded by the Physical Education Association of Ireland (PEAI). Aidan is also a sports injury rehabilitation therapist and a strength & conditioning coach and is also trained in emergency first aid and CPR. Aidan Carroll is regularly featured on TV3, RTE Radio 1, 2fm, 98fm, Sunday Independent, Irish Times and the Sunday Business Post. My Qualifications:

Having a Personal trainer means different things to people. For me it was years of incorrect exercise and all the wrong nutritional information that made me decide to go with Aidan Carroll. Choosing the right trainer makes all the difference, I had to believe in the goal and at the same time it had to be ideal and realistic. From the start having an experienced voice really can point you in the right direction. The first meeting with Aidan involved in-dept look at my overall exercise regime or lack thereof and what I ate on a daily basis. Aidan provided me with a complete new daily diet plan together with regular contact through emails or texts if I had any queries. Changing the routine I had for a long time to this new healthy one was hard to adapt to at first and it took time to adjust.The exercise routine was hard at times and I know I would not have stuck this without the motivation and push from Aidan, his approach and enthusiasm to train with made all the difference in achieving my overall goal.
