Endeavour Gym Our 'why'

The why of Endeavour Gym is simple. We want to coach people to become fitter, stronger and healthier. Yours in strength & wellness,

Barry Whelan

Endeavour Gym is a well-established personal & semi-private training facility. We have helped clients of from all backgrounds and capabilities to achieve their desired health and wellness goals over the last 14 years. Our primary post-C.O.V.I.D-19 purpose, our “why” is to keep our clients safe and healthy. We know the world has changed and with it the expectations of our staff and members. Yes, it is about better health outcomes, but now that is within the context of a much stricter and more hygienic environment. Of course, being fitter and stronger reduces risk of having adverse health outcomes from C.O.V.I.D-19, so achieving a fitter ‘you’ is still of great importance. Coupled with this, we will still coach great training & nutrition principles. We will have appointment-only training to control our throughput and limit the numbers of people at the gym at any one time. Further, we have implemented several layers of hygiene policy around these appointments, in conjunction with larger non-training policies to maintain health & safety of our staff and members.

I personally wish both men best wishes, they are both in great shape going into this event, have prepared meticulously and are sure to perform really well in this ruthless, harsh
environment.

For those that know Frank well, please feel free to donate to his preferred noble charity.

Our raison d’etre.

Endeavour Gym is a well-established personal & semi-private training facilitiy. However, in previous times, the fitness industry may not have had a stellar reputation for hygiene protocols.

This old attitude is not welcome @Endeavour Gym.

We strive to keep our facility to an impeccable hygienic standard. Coupled with this, we will still coach great training & nutrition principles. We will have appointment-only training to control our throughput and limit the numbers of people at the gym at any one time. This “limited numbers” model is important for us to keep a safe and sterile gym.

Further, we have implemented several layers of hygiene policy around these appointments, in conjunction with larger non-training policies to maintain health & safety of our staff and members.
