Our latest annual report reveals that co***ne treatment cases surged from 17% to 23% in just one year - the sharpest single-year increase we've recorded. Women represent the fastest-growing group seeking co***ne treatment, with many misconceptions about its "safety" compared to alcohol.

We're also seeing a surge in complex poly-addiction cases, with 72% presenting secondary addictions. The addiction profile is evolving, requiring adaptive treatment approaches.

At Rutland Centre, we're responding with expanded services including a new dedicated detox unit and enhanced community programs.

Recovery is possible. We see it here everyday.

What we love about our group sessions is that they give people the chance to share experiences - to congratulate each other on the good days and to help each other through the bad ones.

They also offer a great opportunity for people to take a closer look at their own recovery process - to think about what they have learned and what they have had to overcome.

If you could go back, what advice would you give to your former self? And what do you know now that you wish you knew then?
