📱 TEXT NECK is the new back pain — and it’s affecting more people than ever! 😣
Spending hours hunched over your phone? You’re not alone — but your neck and spine are paying the price.
🧠 According to Professor Luke O’Neill of Trinity College Dublin, constantly looking down at your phone puts up to 22kg of pressure on your neck. That’s like carrying a toddler on your head all day!
Common symptoms of “Text Neck” include:
➡️ Neck & shoulder pain
➡️ Headaches
➡️ Stiffness & poor posture
➡️ Tingling or tension in your arms
But the good news? PHYSIOTHERAPY CAN HELP! 💪
✅ Release tight muscles
✅ Correct your posture
✅ Strengthen your neck & upper back
✅ Prevent long-term damage
