City Therapy Counselling, Psychotherapy and CBT Services. We are a Dublin City based counselling service which offers a holistic, safe and affordable professional service.

Our aim at City Counselling is to provide a service that is client led. This service provides short and long term individual counselling and psychotherapy to individuals over 18 years on a one to one basis. We have Qualified and Senior Trainee therapists available to work with you. Why Me? Life brings many challenges and can awaken difficult feelings within you such as anxiety, depression, stress or loss. All of these can leave you with a sense of feeling unable to manage or cope. They may also leave you feeling stuck or unsure of the direction you want to move within your life. It can be hard to deal with these emotions and experiences alone. Sometimes it can be too difficult to talk to our family or friends. Taking the First Steps

Attending counselling can help you understand and explore those unpleasant feelings, uncertainties and experiences. As you work through your issues you can begin to get a greater understanding and this can help you grow and move forward. At City Counselling you are given the support, to explore and understand these thoughts, beliefs and behaviours in a safe environment. Confidentiality is a key feature in creating that safe space for you. Counselling can help you take charge of your own life and live it the way you choose to live it.
