Very excited for our full moon lunar eclipse circle tonight 🌝 and we're preparing for the autumn equinox this weekend too!

Today we're releasing & letting go of everything that no longer serves you. We will write it down & give it to the fire, we will do some releasing breathwork exercises, Followed by our meditation journey & some grounding exercises afterwards.

Come with an open mind & your howl ready for the moon 🐺(optional 😉)

Checking out for some much needed rest ☀️

I always preach to everyone how important rest is & how we shouldn't be burning the candle at both ends or burning out to make sure everyone else is OK so I'm calling myself out, putting my hands up & admitting yes I've been doing all these things 🤣

So I'm taking my own advice & taking a week break to spend time with the amazing kids, my incredible partner & all our gorgeous family ✨️❤️✨️ life's too short to run through it at high speed. Slow down & take it in ❤️

Circles will be back the 1st week of September with some indoor & outdoor circles under the New moon 🌚

Stay wild, get in that cold water, get your feet on the ground & your head in the clouds, breath the air, drop the baggage & Live ✨️🔥🌊🌧☀️🌀🌈🐉💖
