The Christmas break is the perfect time to give your body a rest. But rest doesn’t always mean doing nothing. Sometimes, it simply means changing how you move.

Today, we chose a mountain hike instead of Pilates.Fresh air, stronger legs, lower stress, and movement that feels good , not forced.

If you’re looking for an express routine to tone your legs (no long workouts), try these 3 simple options:
