First Growing season 🍔 i was sick of being skinny, cutting weight and dropping body fat is one part of the puzzle, the goal for me was always to get bigger and stronger grow more muscle while still be mobile enough to still enjoy other aspect of training like running or yoga or what ever I decided to try out, I’m 31 year old natural 32 in December and I’ve never felt fitter or stronger in my life while still adding muscle tissue and training harder than ever with weights. Lifting weights and progressing my physique will always be my favourite thing to do I love the fact you can do x,y,a consistently and you get your reward down the line, the methods work, everyone tells you exactly what to do online it’s actually taking the time to be serious and dedicated for a period of time that gets real results, growing muscle isn’t easy but it does happen when you grind and learn, adapt and trust the process,
