One of my lovely clients had been trying to conceive for five years. She's now 18 weeks pregnant, and I couldn’t be happier for her ✨️

Reflexology can be a powerful support on your fertility journey. As a reflexologist, I work gently on specific points on the feet that correspond to the reproductive system, hormones, stress response, and just as importantly the nervous system.

Over time, this can help bring the body back into balance and encourage natural regulation. When the body feels safe and supported, it can begin to shift. This promotes hormone regulation and stress level reduction. 

But reflexology isn’t just about the sessions. It’s about showing up for yourself. Taking the time to lie down, breathe, rest, and be held in that space, and this is not a small thing. That moment of self-care can begin to calm your nervous system, which in turn affects your hormones, sleep, digestion, etc.

Do I put reviews up to promote Tria, yes partly.

But my main reason for showing reviews is to show the benefits of self care. The benefits of showing up for yourself without guilt. Showing up and trusting that the universe wants you to heal. Showing up for yourself, because despite years of self-doubt and sabotage , there is still a voice reminding you that you deserve to prioritise yourself.

I have had the privilege of seeing the benefits treatments have for people. Not in an instant, I'm find now kind of way. But the gentle touch that has you prioritise your needs and wants. The echos of self-doubt fading. Stepping into your power.

Do you have a child who struggles with emotions?
There is nothing worse than looking at your child and feeling helpless. When your words don't seem to sooth like they used too

Reflexology and Reiki are amazing tools to help regulate children. Tria is a safe place to move emotions with no expectations put on the child.

Why not use the summer months to bring some balance to your little one or teenager. Without school, it gives the child a break. But use that break to ground them and set them up for the year ahead.

We are the first generation gifting our children the tools that they will tap into and out of throughout their lives, how magnificent is that.

I also see a lot of neurodivergent children who see huge benefits, particularly in relation to self-regulation and anxiety.

Many of the wonderful clients who come to see me for reflexology or reiki sessions share common concerns, trouble sleeping, muscle pain, low energy, anxiety, or feeling mentally foggy. These issues are more common than you might think, and often, they are signals from the body asking for extra support. My treatments are a wonderful tool at helping you to regulate your body.

One area clients have often explored is magnesium. But quite often they may not know that there are different types, for different issues( always consult a medical provider/pharmacist before commencing any supplements) They hear there friend has started magnesium and they grab the the first magnesium they find.

There are several different forms of magnesium, each supporting the body in unique ways:

Magnesium Citrate: Helps digestion, eases constipation, and supports anxiety management

Magnesium Glycinate: Calms the nervous system and promotes restful sleep

Magnesium Malate: Boosts energy levels and supports muscle health

Magnesium L-Threonate: Enhances memory, focus, and overall brain health

Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salts): Soothes tired muscles and supports relaxation through therapeutic baths

If you recognise yourself in any of these areas, it might be worth chatting with your healthcare professional about whether magnesium could be a supportive addition to your wellness plan.

Why We Need to Embrace Boredom — For Our Kids and Ourselves

As parents, it’s easy to fall into the habit of over planning every minute of our children’s lives. We schedule activities, classes, playdates, and lessons, all with the best intentions, to give them the best opportunities and try keep them engaged. But in doing so, we often forget one crucial thing: children need to be bored sometimes.

Boredom isn’t a problem to fix. It’s a powerful space where creativity blooms, imagination grows, and resilience builds. When kids learn to be comfortable with stillness and unstructured time, they develop their own inner worlds, discover new ideas, and recharge their spirits.

So this summer, don't be afraid to let them be bored

And here’s the thing, we need that break just asmuch!!

The mental overload of juggling to-do lists, appointments, and commitments is exhausting.  That’s why it’s so important to intentionally carve out me time,time to breathe, to slow down, and to simply be.

Whether it’s reading a book, receiving a treatment, going for a walk, or just sitting in quiet breaths, these moments are necessities. They fill your cup, so you can show up as your best self. More importantly, they teach your children the value of self-care through your example. When they see us prioritising our own wellbeing, they learn to do the same.

So, sketch out your me time. Protect it. Notice how it feels to step away from the busyness, how your mind softens, how your heart calms. This simple act is a gift to both you and your family.

Because when we honor our need for rest, reset and space, we create a life filled with more presence and patience for everyone
