☀️ Heat Warning – Stay Safe This Weekend

With a Status Yellow high temperature warning in place, please take care of yourselves and your clients. Watch out for signs of heat exhaustion or heat stroke.

✅ Drink plenty of cold drinks, especially when working or walking
✅ Wear light-coloured, loose clothing
✅ Sprinkle water over skin or clothing to cool down
✅ Avoid the sun between 11am and 3pm
✅ Avoid extreme exercise

Please keep indoor spaces shaded and well ventilated, and check in regularly with vulnerable clients.
