Each client is treated differently so I can increase the client's state of relaxation in order for the healing and balance to take place. Having completed post grad training with the revolutionary Dr Richard Tan I now work extensively with clients with varying gynae and fertility issues for both male and females. I also deal with treating migraine, headaches, sinuses, hay fever, asthma, chest infections, shoulder, elbow, ankle, hamstring, achilles heel, wrist, back foot pain and all other sports related injuries. Acupuncture has also seen great results with issues in the body relating to stress such as digestive disorders, poor sleep patterns, irritability, mood fluctuations anxiety and depression.

Any one else feeling the heavy energy of the last month.

I always find January hard but the more people I talk to this week the more I hear of how hard everyone found February as well.

The 3800 continuous days of rain definitely hasnt helped. I feel like I didnt get what I wanted from February but maybe I wasnt supposed to. Maybe this is just where im supposed to be. I know the Universe always has my back but wtaf.

So Universe any chance of some compensation, il take all the bright days and no rain next week 🤭

I think if you have been following me for a while, you know what a picture of McDonalds chips means. It's the good luck ritual post IVF transfer.

Now I didn't start this ritual. One of my clients, during Covid, told me about it, and I passed it on to another. Now, 6 years later, it's all part of the Lotus Baby Making Ritual.

This couple, omg, they have been through the mill. With me since Covid, undiagnosed Endo until finally last year, after being told no, you don't have it by 5 different doctors. Lots of different testing done, failed cycles, more intense and rigorous testing, and we are now here.

Thank god sometimes after all the testing, it can be so wearing on my couples. But they kept going, and as I always say, when is there ever going to be the perfect time to take the shot. Im so glad they did. To see her smile when she came for her post acupuncture said it all, relief, happiness, and resilience all rolled into one

Between localised flooding at home, drain issues, cancelled cycles here, some of the darkest wettest days I seen, heres hoping I make someone smile with this today.

What a lovely sentiment. My job is to help every single one of my patients achieve their health objectives. Whether its a baby, a healed back, getting rid of sinuses, supporting a changed lifestyle, or just managing stress. My other job, to make sure they feel like they have been minded and feel safe in my clinic. Safe to say AI cant do that - well not yet 🤭

Gong Xi Fa Choi. Happy Chinese New Year to you all.

For this New Year in my new home I was all about literally getting my house in order. I have been doing a spring clean slowly in the last 7 days. Getting rid of old makeup, clearing my home office desk, setting up my wealth and abundance corner in the South East area of my home. I used citrine and aventurine, pirite, and moonstone. Ive my red envelopes sorted for my family, close friends and todays clients. Ive dedicated a enveleope to the Clients i wont see today and place them on the altars on both my rooms.

Some people say im very superstitious. But I say Im thanking the Universe for all the good it has bestowed on me. I want everyone to have as much as I do.

This year is year of the Fire Horse. After the last year which I found like I was constantly stifled and restricted theres an element of hurried freedom around this year. Horses are graceful majestic creatures, they are the winners of the Chinese Zodiac. This year marks the start or the fastforward of our manifestations or wishes. However remember that we also have to contribute towards this by gracefully working in the background. The Fire Horse works hard and fast, if we don't work appropriately with the energy we may be stampeded in the process.

Fire is energy moving and fast so be prepared for a whirlwind, time moving quickly, split second life changing decisions. By god though it certainly wont be boring by the looks of it

Will this weather ever let up. I can see a huge difference in my mood since the new year. It's been hard to keep the spirits as high as I usually do. But im very lucky that I am aware of that and have the tools in place to deal with it. Some people are really struggling right now between the dark mornings and evenings, SAD, flooding (dont I know about that one), and the mad planetary energy at the moment. Theres a lot of sadness and worrying going around right now.

So please be kind. We dont know what anyone is going through behind the facade. Be nice, be kind, and if you can't bebe either be quiet.

There are nothing like the first 3 pregnancy announcements of the new year to make you feel you are on the right track.

For the first month of the year, we have been in serious preparation mode, knuckling down, being mindful of what we are eating, supplementing, drinking, thinking, and exposing ourselves to for external validation.

These 3 pregnancy announcements tell me how well the plan works when we stick to it. Now Im a big believer of being able to sway away from the plan, the 80/20 rule if moderation applies as you also have to live your life through all this.

Im sitting here thinking wow 3 to start the year. Im so happy for each of these ladies. The proof of the pudding is in the work and the rest.

My passion is to help each and every client on their journey by treating each person differently but holistically.
