Questions We Hear Most After Surgery 🙌

When should I start lymphatic drainage massage?
Usually recommended from 5–10 days post-surgery, depending on your procedure and healing progress. Always follow your surgeon’s advice.

When can I exercise again?
Light movement (like walking) can start early, but intense exercise should wait 4–6 weeks. Healing properly first is key for the best results.

How long does swelling last?
Swelling is completely normal and can last several weeks to a few months, with gradual improvement over time.
