⭐️New Morning Class⭐️

Ever thought your downward dog could use a little oomph? Or maybe your warrior pose felt a little…chill? Well, buckle up buttercups, because we're adding a sprinkle of strength to our flow in this fun and friendly class! 🙂

Whether you can touch your toes or not, you're in the right place. We'll play with weights to deepen stretches, build muscle, and maybe even giggle a bit when we wobble (it happens to the best of us!).

I've been lifting weights in yoga postures for about 5 years now, since the pandemic left me without gym access and I love it. It's helped me build muscle, stay healthy and positive, and, most importantly, injury free by making my body more resilient and aware.

We're all about smart alignment so you feel amazing. And of course, we'll be breathing like seasoned pros (or at least trying our best!), because what's yoga without that sweet, sweet oxygen?

Think of it as: Yoga that gives you a hug and a high-five.

Bring: Your lovely self, a yoga mat, and some light weights if you have them (you can use water bottles at the start, 1.5/2 kg or 2.5 are fine depending on how easy you find it to lift them).

Let's align, lift, and laugh together!

Organic soothing ni**le cream has become a versatile staple in my routine. Here’s how I use it:

Lip Balm: It's fantastic for hydrating and healing dry, chapped lips.

Cuticle Care: I use it to soften and repair dry or cracked cuticles.

Dry Skin: It works wonders on dry patches of skin, keeping them moisturized and soft.

Minor Burns and Scrapes: It helps heal minor burns and scrapes faster, reducing discomfort.

Foot Care: Great for treating dry heels and keeping my feet smooth and soft.

Highly recommend having a little tube in your bag, excellent multi-tasker❤️

🌿LITTLE THINGS🌿
When I started my journey to do a headstand, it wasn't just about the pose. Living with Hashimoto's can be tough, but every little adjustment made a difference. Every breath, every patient moment, and every bit of effort helped me manage not just the pose, but my condition too. Over time, those small steps added up, and I found balance—not just in the headstand, but in my life as well. I do a headstand three times a week, and it's amazing how much it helps with my energy levels and overall well-being. Little things can have such a massive impact.

Navigating through life's ups and downs and living with Hashimoto's, yoga has been my anchor. Here are some practical tips that have helped me along the way:

Consistency is key: Aim to practice yoga regularly. Even 10-15 minutes a day can make a difference.

Mindful breathing: Focus on your breath to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Balanced diet: Incorporate a balanced, nutritious diet to support your thyroid health.

Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Rest and recover: Ensure you get enough rest and listen to your body’s needs.

One of the best experiences was to volunteer a rescue rehabilitation shelter.These dogs are such miracle workers.❤️Their joy is contagious. A valuable lesson for any yoga teacher (and human!). My heart grows a little bigger every time I'm with these amazing rescue dogs. They teach me the true meaning of compassion and unconditional love. Witnessing the healing journey of rescue dogs is a privilege. Their strength and vulnerability remind me of the power of healing, both physical and emotional.❤️
