What a year, returning to the club where it all started ๐Ÿฅน

I could not have asked for a better group of girls to share this season with. ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ

From not being allowed to play, to a broken nose and to winning the league. Safe to say this season had it all ๐Ÿ˜‚

I work with a lot of basketball players so here is an example of what you should look to have daily while playing the best sport ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ€

๐Ÿ€ Try to have consistent meals and snacks throughout the day. Remember snacks are just smaller meals! 3-4 meals and 1-2 snacks

๐Ÿ€ Every meal should contain a portion of protein ( chicken, beef, fish, eggs etc) and a portion of carbohydrates ( pasta, rice, bread, potatoes etc). Have a source of veggies at every meal also ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

๐Ÿ€ if you struggle to drink lots of water, letโ€™s aim for 3-4L a day. Increase it overtime! Small sips throughout the day!

๐Ÿ€ Pre bed protein pot can help with recovery and sleep!!

So I decided why not throw them all up in one post. I try and make at least one batch of these a week to help with the business of life and it really does make a difference.

It Dosent have to be fancy, it just has to work ( and also easy, incredibly easy ๐Ÿ˜‚)

When you sweat your body looses electrolytes. If you donโ€™t have a plan to replace the water you have lost you are limiting your strength/ endurance/ speed and focus ( hence the falling ๐Ÿ˜ญ) you can also increase the possibility of getting injured or over heating.
