This is a lovely theme for my next Full Moon Circle on Tuesday 27th April @ 8pm.

We each have a unique story in relation to our breasts. This is based on our individual experiences from girl to young woman, our female heritage, our experiences as a woman and our life experiences and challenges.

What new start or promise are you aspiring to? What do you want to 'begin again' or 'rebirth'? Nature is our great teacher. We are inextricably linked to the cycles of nature. We're springing forward this weekend.

I got out to the coast and saw the sea today for the second time this week. Something in me has been craving to do this. Both days the weather has been great. It really is so good to see and smell the sea, see the shimmer of the sun on the water and to feel the heat on your skin. I also got to appreciate the beautiful Brent geese. It's the little things that bring the most satisfaction.

Everywhere there's evidence of the changing of the seasons. We all notice the spurt of growth in our gardens, the buds on the trees and all. This might appeal to you.

Birth, Death & Rebirth

isn't the weather just great at the moment? There's a real sense and feel of Spring, even that summer is on its way. The clock goes forward this w'end, we spring forward into summertime.

My next Full Moon circle is on Sunday 28th March and the Theme is about the triple cycle of life - Birth, Death & Rebirth. We will work with the Goddess Morrigan, also known as the Crow Goddess, who helps us to release old patterns and habits and to make way for the new. We will share a creative practice, making a Burla Ghui, the Irish word for a prayer bundle. We will use nature items and some seeds/nuts to make this item.

Are you witnessing and experiencing this aspect in your garden or when out and about on your walks. Do you see signs of the old flowers and shrubs from last year while noticing the new growth on them? This is the cycle of life right in front of you. The changing of the seasons teaches us so much.

Happy International Women's Day. I love this poem by Dr Maya Angelou. Acknowledging all the women who have gone before us, paving the way for us. Remembering our Ancestors whose shoulders we stand on. Acknowledging also all the men in our lives. Allowing and balancing the male and female energies in all of us.
