I’m still floating on a cloud from Feb session! It was such a joy to guide a philosophy yoga class on the ancient wisdom of the Yoga Sutra and the Bhagavad Gita as part of our teacher training at ViBe Yoga. These beautiful yogis dove so deep into the ancient philosophies—truly, this wisdom is exactly what we need in our lives today. So grateful for this path and for each of you on it! 🧘
