Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a physical (or manual) therapy specialising in the treatment of soft tissue pain and injury.

NMT is innovative in that it combines the best selection of soft tissue manipulation techniques developed by pioneers from a variety of professions such as osteopathy, trigger point therapy, etc. Through the application of Neuromuscular therapy techniques, Dry Needling, Massage therapy and Kinesiology Taping, we can enhance the function of joints and muscles to return correct function to the body. By using these techniques we can dramatically increase recovery time for injuries. Returning you to full functionality whilst preventing muscle atrophy(muscle wastage) in the injured area.
