Downtime Massage Downtime massage offers relaxing full body holistic massage, deep tissue back massage and orthopaedic neck massage and sports massage.

Having trained in Holistic Massage at Holistic College Dublin, I am delighted to be joining the team at the Dublin Holistic Centre. I am ITEC and FETAC qualified and offer full body holistic massage in a warm and inviting space where you can spend time totally unwinding, de-stressing and relaxing. It is a privilege for me to offer you this time for yourself to allow me to completely devote myself to your care and calming. Whether you simply need some relaxation time, have tight, tense muscles from sitting at a computer for long periods or would like to treat a loved one, downtime massage can meet your needs. We offer a range of treatments from a 90 minute full body massage to a 30 minute deep tissue back treatment or even a face and scalp massage.
