I am honoured to be bringing together another group for 'Coming Back to Life' this year, starting Sunday 26th October in Tallaght, Dublin.

Never before (that we know of) has humanity had to deal with the extent of crisis now facing us. It can seem extraordinarily overwhelming. But I believe that we have all have the capacity, together, to show up for our world right now with authenticity, connectness, maturity, deeper consciousness, and, through everything, joy and humour. These capacities are in us and between us, but our modern culture and education system does not cultivate or reward them.

This is what Coming Back to Life is all about: cultivating our innate, powerful and beautiful exiled capacities, now needed more than ever in this crazy world!

Ecological grief. We all experience it. It is so important to acknowledge, and there is abundant power for life in it. Thank you to the Irish Hospice Foundation for hosting this workshop on Tuesday 4th March that I'll be facilitating with Suzie Cahn.

As awareness of climate change and ecological loss grows, so too does an often unspoken sense of "eco-anxiety" and climate grief.

Thursday lunchtimes at 1.00 - 2.15pm in the beautiful upstairs space of the World Music Store 🎵 Gandharva Loka, George's Street.
