Pilates & relaxation
Level 1-2
Mixed Level Pilates focusing on the basic Pilates fundamentals Breathing, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision, and Flow.
Beginners welcome .
This class will be an introduction to the basics of Pilates . Ideal for anyone that wants to learn the basic fundamentals above .
You don’t have to be a beginner to enjoy this class there will be a good element of challenge.
This class will also include breath work and a long yoga based relaxation for the final 15 minutes to aid relaxation & anxiety and to help calm the nervous system .
Suitable for complete beginners or all levels that want a class that only not only includes Pilates movement but relaxation and restoration of the body and mind .
Note - Not suitable during pregnancy any injuries please consult doctor before attending .
Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat and water to drink .
