Lower back pain has a special place in my heart as it’s something I’ve personally suffered with for years. I’m very empathetic when it comes to back pain as it can genuinely ruin your life. It’s not a simple fix but with the correct treatment it can be very manageable and recovery time can be reduced significantly, getting you back to normal life in a realistic time frame.

Fantastic weekend was had at the .ie seminar. It was great to get back in the classroom and learn from some of the best in the industry in Aubrey Gowing, Alison Kavanagh and James Waslaski. Sometimes you can get stuck in your ways and stale in the way you operate, but this weekend has given me a whole new drive and motivation. I can’t wait to get back to work and implement these new techniques to improve the speed and quality of results. Looking forward to the next seminar 🙏🏻

Barbers/Hairdressers - pain and knots around the upper back and shoulder blade, tightness in traps and lats. One of the most common issues I treat.

It’s not a pretty sight but it works. No fancy stuff, no gimmicks, just some hard work and a result at the end. Always striving for better .
