Lower back pain has a special place in my heart as it’s something I’ve personally suffered with for years. I’m very empathetic when it comes to back pain as it can genuinely ruin your life. Fantastic weekend was had at the .ie seminar. It was great to get back in the classroom and learn from some of the best in the industry in Aubrey Gowing, Alison Kavanagh and James Waslaski. Sometimes you can get stuck in your ways and stale in the way you operate, but this weekend has given me a whole new drive and motivation. I can’t wait to get back to work and implement these new techniques to improve the speed and quality of results. Looking forward to the next seminar 🙏🏻

Barbers/Hairdressers - pain and knots around the upper back and shoulder blade, tightness in traps and lats. One of the most common issues I treat.

It’s not a pretty sight but it works. No fancy stuff, no gimmicks, just some hard work and a result at the end. Always striving for better .

NCT session done this morning . In the first picture I’m not talking about the redness, you can see after we’ve worked that side fully the trap, Lat and shoulder blade are all relaxed and able to sit a lot better, compared to the before side where everything is locked up, Lat is tight, shoulder blade is restricted, she is also very flat through her thoracic spine which can lead to shoulder/neck issues which were in the early stages here..

This session is about 2 years overdue at least, client has been struggling with back pain since giving birth 3 years ago, hence a lot of the redness.

I love working on all types of people but the best results come from the clients who need it most; the ones who ignored their pain for years and finally decide to do something about it. The difference it can make to your life is night and day and you’ll never regret it. 💯
