Conor Kenny NMT

Neuromuscular & Manual Therapist With over 9 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

I offer a comprehensive, results-driven approach to injury treatment and performance optimisation. I specialise in manual therapy, injury-specific treatment, and the design of personalised rehabilitation programmes.

My treatments also incorporate dry needling, dry cupping, and Fascial Stretch Therapy to restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance recovery.
