Care For You - Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage and Aromatherapy The effects of long term stress can be detrimental. My aim is to combat such effects and provide natural healing to restore the body to optimal health.

Coming from a psychology background while working with young people in difficulty, I began to notice the negative effects of prolonged stress on the body. I went on to train in the area of holistic healing and therapies for wellbeing. I offer holistic and aromatherapy massage along with reflexology. The benefits of such therapies are many, ranging from the physiological - improved circulation, elimination of toxins to increased mobility of joints, to the psychological - relief from stress and increased wellbeing. I work as a therapist alongside conventional medicine to help ease health problems as well as promoting a general sense of mental and physical wellbeing. The therapies can help with depression, anxiety and many types of physical illness.
