If Monday had feelings.....

It would probably feel completely rejected and not loved by millions!!! All because it gives us new day....so many don't want to face...what is that all about?

Or we can turn that baseless headspace right around and....
Give it some love....get a grip of ourselves and see it for what it is.... another day we get to live...we just have to choose what to do with the days and time we have....because it's all we own!! TIME!

Don’t let going to work or whatever you have to do make you feel disconnected with the precious day we will not see again... or any negative thoughts or imagined situations about the week ahead stress you out or make you feel down. Most of the little “rubbish” scenarios we play out in our minds never happen. It's just mind drama... no winning that game.

Whatever the week brings…Bring IT!

A happy life begins with one thing....Believing in yourself and in your Ability to create it.

It’s the willingness to get back up again and again after setbacks, challenges, or moments where you thought you failed, all the while staying committed to the life you truly want.

It’s the will to keep going, driven by the beautiful energy of believing in yourself, no matter what you’ve faced in the past or are facing right now. That belief is what brings you to your true breakthroughs. Your beliefs bring you to your vision, making it stronger and clearer, and you no longer care how many times things didn’t work out. You know you are on it now indefinitely until it does.

So if it hasn’t happened yet, it will. And when it does, with a strong belief, no challenge will have the power to knock you down. Believing in yourself is the key!! because that's what brings you Happiness...when you believe in self you can do and take on anything.

Good morning....

To be awake and fresh is so critical for our life .. right? Imagine a life that we lived half sleepy and half awake ... It would be one of pure chaos and under utilised potential.. right?

Being awake after we have had a deep sleep experience.. is great! Maybe coffee will help! Even though I doubt it will.

But when you want to stay Awake and Be Your highest self .. just waking up won't do! You have to Truly Awaken - by realising and discovering your Real Self.

Don't Just wake up ... Truly AWAKEN!

Letting Go…

It’s not easy for so many out there stuck in the past...

Why do we hold so tightly to the past when it is already gone? There is something so beautiful and powerful about looking back, seeing things for what they truly were, understanding them, and then choosing to let them go with Clarity.

So many people struggle in life not because of what happened, but because we refuse to release it. If we don’t let go, how can you grow?

Yes, facing the past can seem painful. But staying in it that's pain at another level right? Why stay in pain when freedom is possible? Imagine how beautiful life would feel if we finally released what no longer serves us.

Don’t let your past rob you of your future. We need to let that rubbish go because the sooner we do, the faster we will grow. Life is one continuous learning process, and the very first step forward always begins with Self.

Take charge. You have every right to be free, to live a happier, meaningful life without your past dragging you back.

Be True to who you really are...you are not your past...only if you allow yourself to be.

The Bad choices in Life....

Relationships one of many bad choices we can make through our life....Why do we allow ourselves to stay in situations that break us? The red flags are coming in at every corner....but we still stay...what to suffer??

Why do we keep staying in unhappiness, exist in something that no longer feels right...only to feel regret later… and then we have a bigger issue.....when children are involved? Children feel everything, and they carry the long-term weight of what adults avoid. Is this right?

I support so many adults, children, teenagers, families who are struggling because of challenges at home, unhappy relationships, and emotional disconnection. Is this fair to anyone involved? Absolutely not.
So why let it continue?

If nothing changes, the outcome is painfully predictable:
Pain. Upset. Rejection. Sadness. Anger. Frustration. Desperation. Loneliness. Obligation. Regret. Guilt. Blame....And the list only grows.

You know something....
There is nothing more powerful than two people choosing to rebuild together or choosing to rebuild themselves separately with clarity, peace, and self-worth. And again, when children are part of the picture, taking charge SHOULD become a priority, not an option.
They didn’t ask to be brought into this world.
They deserve the happiest version of you if it be together or apart.

Choose happiness. Choose clarity. Choose change...for your children and for yourself.

Believer or Not...
If you don't see God in Yourself. You would be better off being an Atheist.

God is a powerful belief ...so much so that ... even not believing in God is intense for so many!

If you can just erase all that you have been ever told about God.. (even temporarily for now) .. and ASK YOURSELF what is God? ... what would be your answer? ... think about it... our beliefs is what makes us who we are, to a large extent.. so knowing if our belief is factual or not... is important, don’t you think? ... Of Course it is ... because beliefs that are baseless are called Superstition!

God is a Belief ... the more you discover the "WHY" of this belief and make it more than what we have been told ... we may actually be able to get the benefit from this Energy of God!

One critical point of realisation is this .. if you Do Not Believe in Yourself ... how can any other belief coming from you be Believable... I am sure if you don’t Trust the Source ...you are not going to trust the information from that source... right?

All Beliefs start with Self-Belief ...

The Big Question is...What is your belief about Self & how is that working out for you? If it's not...Get a Grip on it...it's your birthright.

When we were younger, we played with marbles…
But as we get older, we start losing ours.

Life becomes heavier.
Responsibilities grow.
Stress and all sorts of challenges sneaks in.
And before we realise it, we’ve misplaced the very thing that once made us sharp, steady, and grounded, Our Mind.
Look after your Mind guys.
Protect it.
Nourish it.
Strengthen it.
Feed it with positivity.
Understand it with Awareness.

Because losing your marbles as a child was a game…
But losing your Mind as an adult is a Warning.

Your Mind is your Power.

I meet so many beautiful people who carry a beautiful light within yet it remains hidden.

They hold back, weighed down by stress, worries, unawareness, fear, doubt, insecurity, suppression, lack of self-love and the list goes on...and so unaware of the incredible light inside them.

One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is discovering that light within. When you connect with it, you begin to live from happiness, not circumstance or others. From there, meaning follows naturally, and your life’s purpose unfolds through what truly fulfills you.

Never underestimate the power of your inner light. Once you recognize it, it grows stronger, ignites others, and reminds you that Light is You.

Always shine because of who you are Not because of situations or others.

The Sun always shines… just like your Higher Self.

There’s a power-house energy we often overlook as Humans in the rate at which we Adapt to Change....is the true rate of our Growth.

Think about it. Every turning point in life.. every single breakthrough, every transformation has always happened when we stopped resisting change and started embracing it...and more importantly changing how we think in our Awareness.

Those who cling tightly to baseless emotions and old patterns, beliefs and conditionings stay stuck in cycles that will never serve them. But those who adapt, evolve, and become Self Aware rise higher not because life got easier and more fulfilling, but because they got stronger, aware, and more on point about what leading self is all about and the amazing outcomes it brings in leading a meaningful life.

Real leadership begins firstly in leading oneself and mastering the mind in what holds one back...then see what a real true leader feels and looks like for others and the rest is a permanent bonus.

People-Pleasing yourself around in circles and exhausted and bored with it all at the same time.....

How is that working out for you?

When people say to me, 'I am a people pleaser; it's just the way I am,' Is it? People pleasing in its truest form is a big pain area at the best of times.

WHY?
- You say “yes” before you even know what you’re agreeing to.
- You say “yes” when you don't want to.
- You say “yes” to be accepted.
- You say “yes” so that others will think you are a good person.
- You draft a text saying “Sorry, I can’t” but end up sending “Of course, no problem!” instead because of the fear of being judged.
- You say yes because you don't want others to think you're lazy... even when you know you are back to back.
- Your schedule is packed… a chunk of it... is things other people need from you.
- The thought of someone not liking you gets the mind on overdrive.
- Conditioning, expectations, and obligation are winning....
The list is endless...

Sound familiar? Congratulations, you might just be a Professional People-Pleaser!

Now, don’t get me wrong, helping others is the most beautiful thing, especially if you are doing it because it makes you happy to do so, and in this pure energy, there should never be a problem with supporting or helping others, because it makes you happy, and no expectations are in play. BUT when it’s at the cost of your own sanity, happiness, truth, and free time when you are limited? Not so much.

You don’t need to be everything to everyone. And if saying “no” makes someone upset or judges you? Well, that’s their problem, not yours, especially if you are coming from the right intention and not doing it to upset or wind others up.

There is nothing more beautiful than doing things for others when it makes you feel happy to do so...BUT not all that other Jazz above that will be just you fake version in play....Nice work!

Ask yourself how it is working out for you mentally and physically if you are people pleasing for the wrong reasons. If you are going to do anything always remember be in your truth it will work out beautifully that way.
