I work with the client to discover their inner strengths and solutions using on the most part, a person centred approach but I also use an eclectic mix of other theories depending on the clients personal needs. Clients are often unaware that they have the strength and knowledge within themselves to find solutions to the issues they are experiencing. With a little gentle exploration, coupled with the support counselling offers they unlock their own answers and this in turn empowers them to take control of their own lives.
