Fresh, simple, and packed with flavour 🥑🐟

Alexa from our nutrition team made this delicious salmon bowl using just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
• 1 salmon darn
• Paprika
• Onion powder
• Garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• Olive oil
• Rice
• Cucumber
• Avocado

Method
1️⃣ Season the salmon with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Air fry at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.
3️⃣ Serve on a bed of rice with sliced cucumber and avocado.

Optional extras: sesame seeds, a drizzle of sriracha mayo, or seaweed.

Simple, healthy, and delicious.
