We are closed on Good Friday 18/04/2025 and Easter Monday 21/04/2025.
We will resume our usual opening hours starting Tuesday 22/04/2025.

The GP surgery is closed on 24/01/2025 due to the Storm Éowyn.

We will resume our usual opening hours on Monday 27/01/2025.

The GP surgery is closed during the period 24/12/24 - 29/12/24 (incl.) and 31/12/24 - 02/01/25 (incl.).

We will open on Monday 30/12/24 for prescriptions and emergency consultations (9:00am to 2:00pm).

Please, note that during the period the surgery is closed, we will be unable to check our email, answer your phone calls and reply to your messages.

If you need medical assistance during the period when the surgery is closed, please contact your nearest GP Out-of-Hours clinic, or attend the nearest Emergency Department in case of a medical emergency.

Charlestown Medical Centre (GP surgery) will be closed on Friday 02/02/2024

Dear valued patients,

The GP surgery will be closed on Friday 02/02/2024 due to important and necessary IT hardware upgrade works.
We will resume our usual opening hours on Tuesday 06/02/2024 (after the February bank holiday).
If your prescription is due for renewal during 02/02/2024 - 05/02/2024 (incl.), please contact our reception desk as soon as possible and before Friday 02/02/2024.
For any medical emergency, please attend your nearest hospital emergency department or contact Doctor-On-Duty on 01-4200880.

The GP Surgery schedule during the Winter Season 2023 - 2024:

The GP Surgery is closed during the period 23/12/2023 - 02/01/2024 (inclusive) and will resume the usual opening hours starting 03/01/2024.
