Hi everyone, my classes are taking a little summer siesta 🌞

Normally I would run evening classes over the summer, but this year I’ll be taking a much needed break to recharge the batteries.

Thank you so much to everyone who has joined me over the past year, I hope you all have a wonderful summer and I’ll hopefully see some of you back on the mat in September, maybe with your new little ones :)

These words truly made my day.

I am so grateful for this lovely review from a regular who’s now on her third round of Mum & Baby Yoga and has just joined the evening Pilates class too :)

The classes are all about moving at your pace, honouring your baby’s needs, and building lasting connections along the way.

8 week term from 6 May to 24 June

I absolutely love sharing baby massage and feedback from the Mum’s was that loved the social side, meeting other mums, finding ways to help relieve wind and bonding with baby.
