Today I'm making up more of my Calm Aromatherapy Sprays and my Sleep Tight Aromatherapy Room and Pillow Spray.

I also have made up new testers for the markets for you to try.

These 2 Aromatherapy Room Sprays are my most popular of all time. I've been making them (or a version of them) since I started back in 2012!

The Sleep Tight Room and Pillow Spray is a favourite for all ages. I used it on Erin when she was a baby and she still has me make her up a bottle that she keeps on her bedside table for when she can't sleep.

Adults love it too as it's a lovely relaxing blend to calm the mind at bedtime. It's great in this hot weather to help soothe you and encourage a blissful sleep.

My sanctuary. ❤️

I lived in an apartment alone (twas bliss!) for 4 years when I moved out of my parents house and I missed a garden terribly. I had a balcony with flowers, but it wasn't the same.

When we bought our house nearly 19 years ago, I knew my garden would be my safe haven and it is. I love sitting here relaxing or getting stuck into some gardening.
