You can do the programme 1 to 1 in my clinic or via Skype, or with any of the other licensed therapists.
You can also do the programme as a group, and on the
20th Jan there will be a group starting at St Colmcilles Secondary School, Knocklyon, which will be led by myself.
Also on the 20th Jan Maretta Byrne will be starting a group at St Tiernans Community Scchool, Ballaly, Dublin 14, and on
6th Feb, Deirdre Coyne is starting a group at the Queen's Hall Leisure Complex, Holywood, CO Down.
So plenty of opportunity to make changes in 2020 that will be lasting and will give you a healthy and fulfilling life.
