Created by our incredible chefs, this dish brings together pan-fried beef fillet strips, delicate vermicelli rice noodles, crisp Thai salad and a vibrant dressing, finished with peanuts and crispy onions.

As we draw to a close, we’re reflecting on an amazing twelve months at the club.
