The Care Team is seeking a Client Care Supervisor for a community-based role in South Dublin.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, proactive, and possesses strong time management and communication skills.
This is a hands-on supervisory position responsible for overseeing daily care operations and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
🔑Key Responsibilities:
✔ Case management of community-based clients: assess new clients, develop care plans, and support client independence.
✔ Supervise, train, and support healthcare assistants in the field.
✔ Conduct client and caregiver assessments, introduce caregivers to clients, and ensure care plan adherence.
✔ Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of care, safety, and professionalism.
✔ Manage changes in care plans, rosters, and team schedules.
✔ Ensure adequate coverage for absences and holidays.
✔ Collaborate with the rostering team and line manager to meet operational needs.
✔ Maintain accurate client records and participate in on-call rotations.
✔ Assist the Line Manager with administrative and support tasks.
👉Requirements:
✔ FETAC or QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (or equivalent).
✔ Minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory role or 2+ years as a Healthcare Assistant.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
✔ Strong communication skills.
✔ Full clean Irish/EU driving licence (own car is optional).
